Cinnamon essential oil is useful for mild winter sickness, improves breathing and attenuates fatigue.
Cinnamon is one of the oldest spices, known and used forever in the West and in the East for its powerful antibacterial action.
Some drops diluted in almond oil, massaged on the abdomen, help the digestive process; inhaled, it promotes creativity and inspiration. It warms the heart and gives a startling feeling of “home”, it helps in coldness, depression, loneliness, and fear.
Like all essential oils, it has a powerful antibacterial broad spectrum action, it is an effective anti-flu remedy, in the presence of cough and cold.

Use and maintenance:
Massage oil: in 200 ml of sweet almond oil put 20 drops, massage 2-3 times a day the belly in case of slow digestion, in presence of intestinal gas and diarrhea.
Internal use: add a drop of essential oil of cinnamon in hot water or tea and drink slowly, the drink will soothe the throat irritations.

Warnings:
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Not indicated for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Never use pure.
Do not take internally if not properly diluted. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Bitter orange is a photosensitive essential oil: avoid exposure to the sun for at least 24 hours after application.

Internal: Dilute 1 drop per 100g / ml of food / drink
