Use and maintenance:
Gargling: in a glass of warm water, put 5 drops of bergamot. Make prolonged rinses, at least twice a day, against halitosis, abscesses and infections of the mouth.
Cosmetic use: mix 1 or 2 drops of essential oil with coconut oil and massage your feet before going to sleep, thus obtaining a relaxing and soothing effect.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Not indicated for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Never use pure.
Do not take internally if not properly diluted. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Bitter orange is a photosensitive essential oil: avoid exposure to the sun for at least 24 hours after application.
